I am an postpaid customer of Vodafone Kolkata with No.9830769579. On 18.10.2013 I’ve gone through “My Vodafone–Active offers” online and found that 15GB VL VMC is active since 21 August 2013. More over, 1GB 2G@125 was also active. I immediately contacted helpline(198) and requested to confirm me the Offers active with my Number. The Lady Caller , on my repeated query confirmed me that the said offer is active and I can use it. Then, as per her advise I requested to deactivate my 1GB 2G subscription , being my bill date on 21st., as there were 15GB free ! but, subsequently it was found that my Data usage has been charged @10p /10KB , i.e.; at normal rate. since then so many conversations, email have been sent and received to The Corporatecare, Nodal Officer , Fasttrak etc, but the authority simply byepasses my prayer to consider the “My Vodafone -Active offer” shown online on 18.10.2013. A print out of the said “My Vodafone-Active offer” was attached with all of my mails to them. My service has been withdrawn since long though I have paid all monthly bills, excluding the disputed amount. I ,being a Central Govt. Gazetted Officer ,have been facing much trouble and loosing my reputation amongst my friends, relatives, office Boss n collegue etc. Kindly consider the complaint and take remedial measure to restore my Mobile connection which is being used since more than 10 years.
