1. Vodafone has charged annual rental on my Phone no 9873605234 without my consent and collected the bill from my bank account without delivering the bill

The Due date of bill was 24/12 and they collected the amount on 14/12/2011

No Rental was charged for the last year

2. I am using one add on number 9999046545 as per policy they are supposed to give 10% of usage charges to my number but they are not giving any discount despite repeated request and reminder
