Dear Authority, refer my earlier complaint (Dated 22.09.2014) through IRDA and hoped some back up to be provided for resolving the staleness. It is unfortunate nothing effective took place regarding the complaint. Subsequent to my complaint I had gone to SBI Life co, Coimbatore Branch-3 office on 24.09.2014 to find status of the payment and any further developments on the complaint. When reached I could not find DM so I just checked with the office admin staff for my payment, in front of me he called HO and received a reply that it may be possible only next month. I was very upset since the same person confirmed during beginning of the month that payment will be cleared by September. With agony I returned back and after couple of hours there was call from DM which I did not respond only because it had taken several meeting and calls but end of the day no positive result for me. The following day night (25.09.2014) around 10.30 PM I received a call from office asking me to be present for meeting on 26.09.2014 but since I had to be with my children for their exams I opted for 27.09.2014 morning, I made a call by 9.30 AM to office only to find DM had not reached office and likely to come only 4.00 PM since I was not clear how to proceed and whom to contact I waited but there was no response. Since I did not receive any response I decided to go myself and meet the DM on 06.10.2014. During this meeting the official was tight lipped about the money I am claiming and I was forced to initiate, it was a shocking response from him asking me to show any literature regarding the claim. Why should I have the literature, it their duty to take care of the IA’s benefits. So all these days they were telling me something without even knowing what I am claiming. They wanted us to somehow bring order so promised benefits and once the work is done we are thrown away. When I asked DM to check with UM for the claim amount he became aggressive, why should he become aggressive favoring UM, even in court if needed the witness is asked to come and stand in cage to tell the truth irrespective of his social stature.
When asked about change of UM he just showed me a communication from Country Head telling that it is company policy never to change UM. If that is the case then why they selected people who does not follow the rules and regulation, showing partiality and favoring a specific IA above all inducting well known or associates of them as IA’s. I have no intention to waste anybody’s time I am just interested to know that the speech of our Prime Minister against corrupt practices are just speech or to be followed, it is not required to take money or doing favors to be a corrupt even if you avoid doing your duty to benefit a set of people can also be termed as corrupt. During the meeting I mentioned to DM about an order coded in my name at the beginning of my appointment, customer Mr.J.Sukumar policy no: 35043543701 and on receipt of the corresponding commission I was asked by UM to give him that commission of Rs 400/- and again the next quarter I was asked to give Rs 400/- totaling to Rs 800/- once I started questioning the customer has stopped paying the premiums, and on listening to this and my demand of my money to be returned by UM the response from DM was is it your enquiry. What kind of business is this then how IA’s will follow ethics, I am now demanding that Rs 800/- to be returned to me without delay since the company has a policy of not touching UM’s. I am totally unhappy about the unprofessional attitude of Coimbatore-3 branch, if a small branch has so much of incidents to dispose then I can’t imagine the magnitude of activities all over India.
PLEASE CHECK SBI LIFE AND THEIR ACTIVITIES, THEY ARE TAKING THE NAME OF STATE BANK OF INDIA FOR GRANTED AND SHOWING SUPERCILIOUS ATTITUDE TOWARDS ANYONE DARING TO SPEAK AGAINST THEM, THEY ARE NOT ABOVE LAW AND PEOPLE RUNNING THE
COMPANY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE MEANING WHY THEY ARE PAID IN LAKHS AS SALARY, THEY CANNOT DO SOMETHING AND CHANGE THEIR JOB TO AVOID BEING ACCOUNTABLE.
Kindly expedite your efforts to get my money credited since I have been having lot of commitments to honor. The managers are quite happy since every month the salary is paid to them and always there are ways to change the fate of IA’s. I would like to mention the Allahabad High Court order on May 29 favoring Mr. Virendra Paul Kapoor and even after such incidents they seems to follow a tyrannical attitude and it is not good at this age.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CONTEST SUM OF Rs 81,485.95 is credited to me in two days as I have been facing critical moments and a practical date of receipt of Lenovo TAB and Jaldhi MDRT benefits. When I had mentioned this to DM he was advising me at least for children you have to change. I don’t understand a lot of things said about me by company official’s to other IA’s, will your institution give me authority to pick someone’s pocket if we are having personal financial problems. In one way they are responsible taking my sales efforts and coding on another IA. It looks like they are very happy living this way and have no gut’s to go to market and get orders with a valued sale.
In case my voice is not heard and my problem not getting solved I will be forced to find another step to get justice by moving consumer court. The high office can think nothing will happen to them but they are responsible for the acts of their subordinates, and changing of UM giving me an assurance for a ethical future is important from my point. please ensure that i am not victimized for standing up against some odd procedures of the company SBI Life Insurance co, since i have to serve my customers for the Business they had given me on trust over me.
