I’m an airtel customer from more than two years. My no is 9746583967. On 26th May 2010 i take a flexi of Rs 98 for using your GPRS service. Now i have more than 2000 mb of browsing will be free. But yesterday my balance deducted for using your GPRS. And i call the customer care officer and told my problem. But the reaction of your operator is very bad, and they take any steps for removing that problem. Now i can’t call customer care operator, also my balance is cutting now without any reason. This very cheap response from your side. So you please accept my kind request and maintain the problem.
