kindly requested kuldeep sharma is a good user of VODAPONE since long .but today vodapone deduct my Rs.30 without any information ,and when i talk with C.care named Parveen,Therth,vijay and other one .they ask me that is my fault , but if that is not my .and C.care not attende a customer with softly
matter is that
i have recieve a SMS from 56789 ask me about the MCI activation
after few minutes SMS again from 144 about the MCI service again
i talk with C.care but cut my call without any information
than one more SMS is coming from about the deactivation of MCI
but than i Send this on 144 with this word :can mci on 144
after all this things i check my balnce and find my 30 rupees is deducted
than i call again to C.care but they are not co-ordinate and many time long hold (30 mint.)
u also check my hold on 111 now (4.25 PM) 3-4 time long hold 30 minutes
ibut first time i faced this problem
