Hello sir, i am Aditya yadav. I have a complaint for airtel prepaid mobile number – 9871433454(delhi). I have called to customer care ten times but unable to find solution for my problem. I made a re charge of rs 100 for talk time and recharge of rs 125 for 3G net pack, but even after a recharge of rs 125 for net pack, the deduction of money was from my talk time balance, and now my balance is 0. Yesterday i have again made a re charge of rs 20, and it was also deducted for 3G net pak usage. Kindly solve my problem as soon as problem, other wise it forced me shift to some other service provider company.
