A double – bed [Aster Queen Storage] & two Matresses [Goodlife] was purchased on 10.1.2010 from Reliance Hypermart Ltd. ,Plot No. 19-23, U&I Mall , City center , Sec-29 ,Gurgaon , Harayana , vide Cash Memo No. C3188 #0009 13:48:15 10Jan2010 SD6060 R019.
1.The bed was supplied by the retailer on 12.1.2010 & it’s assembling was completed in a week long time & even after it was not upto the satisfaction .
2. The matresses were supplied on 18.1.2010 by the retailer .
3. As the discription of he bed as was described at the time of purchase was not complied in the bed delivered . As the base of the storage portion of the bed is unlinked & lying in floor without any support but the representative of the retailer assured at the time of selling that this will be fixed with the bed & will not be in suspended animation.
4. The purpose for which the bed was purchased defeated as the complete delivery was effected , the purpose was defeated as the guests for which the same was planned was left unfulfilled .
5. As per the “Exchange Policy ” of the Reliance Hypermart which is also displayed in the bill under the column of “Reliance Retail Exchange Policy ” which states – “If you are not satisfied with any of the products , we will be happy to replace them for you within seven days of purchase” , but the above said condition is not obeyed by the Retailer as so many times their officials were approached and no satisfactory result was obtained.
6. The Reliance Costumer Complaint Redressal unit was approached on 15.1.2010 & the request was made the exchange of the bed as conditions & delay of bed leads to dissatisfaction , so to exchange the same & even after their assurance and asking the twenty one days time for i’s redressal but all in vain.
7. The mental agony faced by the purchaser so the reliance may be ordered for it’s compensation and the bed + matresses be exchanged by the retailer i.e Reliance Hypermart Ltd.
