I have purchased A100mobile of micromax from authorized service centre ie sanchar world sector 27 noida on 21.10.12 for rs 10000.. the phone started giving display problem just sfter 1 month. i visited number of times to m/s satguru communication but failed to contact due to heavy crowd of customers shouting in frustration separated by glass wall . on 02.09.13 my person finally succeeded to deposit phone for repair through work sheet no r1309FUPE5244014 with remarks “4911 display touch screen not working”. i was ashed to be come after 5 working days for collection of set. phone nos provided are never picked up. i visited at least 10 times and incurred expenditure of rs 5000 besides harassment and mental frustration. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE NOS WHICH WERE NEVER PICKED UP. NO OF MAILS TO MICROMAX REMAINED NON REPLIED. MY HAND SET IS STILL WITH THEM. I AM SEEKING COMPENSATION OF RS 15000. COULD U PLEASE HELP
