It is unbelieving that airtel is not in a position to attend a small complaint. I cant understand why this type of act is being done by airtel. No one is listening. Only complaint is being forwarded to other ends. By the airtel authorities. My basic complaint was — i purchased new nokia asha 501 with airtel connection under number 7869934885 – face book free offer has not started after several complaints. Now i am thinking to move to consumer forum. I have been unnecessarily charged for using facebook and customer care calls. It is very disgusting . Airtel’s approach to customer services is very poor. Not acceptable.
Now company is required to solve the complaint- and refund the un necessarily deducted amount should be refunded along with harassment penalty.
