I am having account No 1236758447 with Central bank of India, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. I have a POS txn on 21/8/2020 for Rs 878/- with my ATM card 5196 XXXXX 9060 XXX80.but it shows as ” Failed Transaction”. The amount Rs 878/- is not yet reversed/credited to my account. I have complained to Complain cell,central bank of India and to Senior Manager,Central bank ATM reversal,Mumbai over mail, but they are not responding.
What is the RBI doing to protect Consumers ?
