Issue: Not able to apply a booster pack
Background: One month before I have migrated my connection (from post-paid to Pre-paid)
Airtel Reaction on this: 4 Time the case is resolved and new ticket is assigned
Result: Till date the problem is not resolved & I have to bear all the money loss due to the technical issue occurred in Airtel
Current status: Still I am loosing money on the higher call chares and Artel registered another complaint no… Still working (sleeping ) on it.
