Planned to get a Samsung LCD in Diwali to avail all the offers. Went to Khosla elcetronics, Garia. An Agent from Khosla suggest us to get the B450 samsung LCD. As per the Khosla they are supposed to give us a scratch card from which i can win 5 different prizes (TV, Refrigerator, micro oven, camera etc). There are also other offers. The Sales person Manik, commited a DVD CS pack with the samsung model. so as per their commitments they are supposed to give us a Scratch Card & 50 DVD Pack with teh Samsung LCD TV. I bought the TV . they requested us that i can get teh offers after the tv will get delivered. No the tv being delivered and i am asking for the committed offer, they are delaying the same and alsotold us that the DVD pack is not there in the offer. Called them no of times. A Sales person of Khosla nammed Supreem is behaving rudly. Disconnecting the call adn not at all ready to listen to our requirments.

Pls help us getting all the things i am supposed to get as committed by Khosla
