I am using mobile numbers 98368658XX (Vodafone & Postpaid). However when i got the monthly bill of my Vodafone number i came to know that i have been charged about Rs. 391 for downloading some chargable contentsrs in a month of January, 14. When i requested the Vodafone people to rectify their mistake, they denied me to do the same. They are telling me a different story that chargable contents has been downloaded but I don’t have downlded any such contents but they are unable to produce the what are these contents or source of the contents. The Vodafone people are indulging into fradulent practices to increase the bill of the customers as no one rarely checks their bill. Please take the strictest action against the company so that they do not fraud their customers. Also they are not even bothered to reply to the customer. I want refund of my bill paid.
