FAKE INTERNET CHARGING has been done by Vodafone for my last bill dated 6th March 2014 – Mobile Number = 9971357045 My 3G Plan is RS 100 Rental – 300 MB Free Usage Vodafone has generated fake usage of 600 MB in the bill amounting to Rs 1250. Vodafone customer care executives are not sharing the details ( not getting this checked by its telecom billing/charging verfication department) Only when i decided to port out my number I got a call from vodafone and they offered to provide a waiver of Rs 500. I am not going to accept it in the interest of the potential customer who wil be cheated by vodaone in this manner. Request a strict action against vodafone/ want full refund with a apology note for fake charging from vodafone.
