I bought an item from rediff shopping a samsung handsfree their vendor was E AGE world (delhi),order no 8200098, which turned out to be faulty moreover they said its a samsung one but it was a fake copy,when i complained about it i received a mail to return the item to the vendor it will be refunded which i did via first flight courier tracker br0214070 but the item was returned by them,since then i am informing rediff and the supplier through mail but no response if call up the customer service it always remains busy if choses option for complaint please help.

Either they returns the right item or refund the total cost i beared.
