Please ignore the brand name selected by me it is only Falco Developers not Triveni but the system was asking me to select one…… I booked a Flat in Ambivali with Falco Developers and it was a pre booking flat (Booking date: November 2012), when i booked the flat i have been informed that the registration will be done for the property within 2 month and till today no registration is done..and today i am Jobless and i called them to cancel the flat booking because i have no money to pay and i cannot afford anything..They said that there will be a deduction of 7.5%, i Told them i cannot afford a single deduction bcoz whatever amount i had given was on loan and i am paying the loan emi of 12,500 everymonth…they said that there will be a deduction for sure…so i just asked them what amt they will deduct as i have given them Rs. 401000…they said that they will deduct Rs. 250000, I asked them that 7.5% on Rs. 401000 is approx Rs. 20000 they said that they are charging me on the total agreement cost..i told them that i only got an allotment letter and i have never sign any agreement with them..They said that its into their terms and condition…Please help on this i am jobless staying on rent + emi’s and i want to close all my loans but if u see this deduction, this will force me to do suicide…i have no other Option..Please Help me. I want my full Money back i knw that they will not pay me the interest i paid to the bank for this 14months…they just used my money never ever called my for registration…. I only want my money because i want to close my loan.
