i had continuously correspondent of customer care of that site. they(Abbas, vimal) always said We understand that you are awaiting resolution for your query. We would like to update you that we are still working on your issue and it could take another 24 to 48 hours to resolve and we will keep you posted accordingly. Thanks for being patient and one of our most valued customer. they have give mentally harassment only.
