I had been approached by Mr. Jignesh Luhar of Bajaj Allianze General Insurance company – Vadodara, for the renewal of my car premium (Policy no. OG-10-2201-1818-00000149) and I had been told by Mr. Jignesh (9909518509) that he would offer me 5,800 Rs. premum instead of 8,147 Rs as mentioned in the corresspondence of the company dated 7/02/2010. This was corraborated by his superiors and Mr. Imran one of his colleague. On arrival at their office in Alkapuri for the payment of the premium they denied to take this payment stating that they cannot accept the said amount.
I am highly disappointed by their behaviour on that day. If you address this issue with Mr. Luhar and take corrective action against him I would highly appreciate it, so that in future any customer doesn’t have to face similiar situation.
