Dear Sir/ Madam
I have made a online payment of Rs. 846 for a shoe of PUMA Company to Myntra.com on 18th of December, 2011. My order no. was 2039250. They promised to deliver my order within 7 days i.e. by 25th of December. But suddenly when i called them on 24th of December they said me that mine order was rejected due to non-availability of stock and i wasn’t informed about the same. My complaint is, if they don’t have stock same shouldn’t be shown on the webpage and if it has been rejected then it should have been properly communicated either through mail or on my mobile number. Moreover refund of the amount hasn’t been made till date.
So through your help i want my money back with compensation ASP.
