Had been told by country club personnel Mr. Prasenjit mid last year while he persuaded me to take a membership in the said club that the club is about to start in 2 months time and hence I need to hurry to make the payments. He infact took my credit card details and had money withdrawn too to book me a membership which i ultimately took for Rs. 1.25 lacs. But the club is yet to roll in Kolkata and am being told again and again that the same would be operative in the nest 2-3 months.

Being harassed so much I had emailed them to show my displeasure and mistrust in the club and hence asked for a refund. What eventually followed is a series of emails where in instead of accepting the fact that they have given me false committments and had indirectly given me false statements to force me to invest in their club which is tantamount to fraud, they are teling me that I am open to do anything and they are not bound to refund the same. Particularly this Prasenjit has been very rude whereas Mr. Abhishek Pandey had told me that refund is a last resort.

Being a person who has been basically not given the worth of his money till date,please do interfere in the same and find me a solution
