With Due respect, I want to bring it to your kind notice that by using your company Prestigious name some of company associates are making fraudulent statements and wrong commitments to issuing policies. On receiving call from your Delhi Branch Head Office of Bharti Axa, I have taken two policies from your company and but the terms of plan they have mentioned is different when I receive the Welcome Kit. I have informed them about that then they gave me Excuse that this is Welcome kit and not bond paper you have to go through only data that is related to your information after that you will receive original documents containing the same terms as they have communicated and they told me leading time of 1 month for receiving bond papers. I have taken first policy in Feb 2013 and second May 2013. But till June they have given me excuses that due to some changes in company policies there is delay in documents. Then I asked them to cancel my polices and then they have accepted my request of cancellation of policies in July end and ensure to release full amount with interest of 8% in that amount by end of Aug month. Then I called in first week to them they ensure me that they have despatch the cheques on 3rd of Sept when I asked for courier no. Then they asked they have sent it through ordinary post office and but when I haven’t received any post up to 15th Sept. Then start repeatedly called them to confirm my money then they told me they have received post back due to fail in delivery and ensure to deposit the same cheques in my account. I asked for their office address no. of times but they never give us. After that they have stopped to pick my phone. In whole process they have taken my Pan Card, ID card, Income Tax Statement Return, Photos, Cancelled Cheques, Driving Licence, Bank Statement 3-4 times. I am worrying that there should not be any misuse of my documents.

Then I talked with Customer care of company then come to know that they have not received any cancellation request and the papers they told me welcome kit actually that was bond paper and I have to revert on that papers within 15 days. Due to their miscommunication I were failed to revert on it.
