Order number 3132442 was placed at fashionandyou.com by me on 23/06/2013 and payment was made through netbanking at iicibank.com. Amount of rupees 2697 was deducted from my ICICI Bank Account but I did not receive the ordered articles. When contacts on phone your cust care person told to contact Pay U India, who in turn informed that they have not received payment fron ICICI bank as transaction failed. I contacted ICICI bank on 14 Aug 2013 with the details of transaction. On 15 Aug I received a reply from them that the bill payment of rupees 2697 was successfully processed and the amount was forwarded to the biller. Despite writing a number of mails and phone calls and even sending my bank statement on their request I have not received my money back.
