I have purchased one lehenga and saaree from fashionkafatka.com online shopping on June 3rd 2013. I received the package on July 9th 2013 with only lehenga and the saaree was missing. After contacting them several times regarding the missing saaree, they replied one day that the shipment got misplaced while in transit from India and sent me another one after a week or so which I received on July 20th 2013. The problem with their product is that the material used in both lehenga and saaree is darn cheap in quality, stitches are worn out as if its pre-owned, the fabric used doesn’t match with the fabric they described on their item description page and the blouse piece that came with the saaree is disastrous. The saree is not at all worth $155.00 nor the lehenga is worth $475.00. They are making fake, cheap and fraudulent items and selling them in an unethical way. As per their return policy we tried to make a return and refund of the money, but they were not willing to respond to it and did not co-operate in this matter. We made several calls to their Asia and North America’s numbers but nobody ever picks up and sent countless emails to them but nobody turned up and replied to the mails.

We would like to return the items and want our money back without any hassle .
