I had booked Fast Track Call Taxi in Chennai on January 11, 2013 to drop at Chennai Airport from my residence at Padur, pickup time was 1800 hrs. Fast Track has confirmed the booking vide SMS booking confirmation reference 10709 on January 11, 2013 at 1625 Hrs. I had also called 2 to 3 times to their customer center to place the vehicle on time and every time they have confirmed that DO NOT WORRY YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED AND VEHICLE WILL REACH TO PICKUP POINT BEFORE 15 MINUTES FROM PICKUP TIME.

I had planned this journey 2 months before and booked the air ticket to and fro, hotel in Kolkata, since I had missed the flight due to non-availability of vehicle, I had lost about Rs. 15,000 and the entire plan which I had planned 3 months back.
