I have purchased roti maker of ‘JOHN COOK’ company from SRIKANTH DISTRIBUTORS shop. According to the terms and conditions told by shopkeeper while buying the product , we will give demo at your home(KRISHNAPURAM)and has excellent service track record. After long struggle of my self demo had done but demo was fail due to product is not good, on that time that company person clearly told that return your product and take the cash with concession. Regarding this when I contacted the shop keeper he told me to consult the company. When I consulted the company they are saying to consult the shopkeeper. Likewise they are escaping from the situation without taking back the product. I have the warranty card and phone call recording proofs.

on 31/05/2013 i put a mail to JOHN COOK(JC INTERNATIONAL)customer care till now there is no reply.customer care PHONE No(04066666100) is not working.From company-side no answer.Because of their inappropriate services I lost my valuable time, lot inconvenience has been caused by them and I have faced the breach of trust.

They have to pay product cost and my valuable time cost
