Respected Sir, I have purchased one (01) KARBON MOBILE A 27+ BLACK via FLIPKART.COm, on 17.10.2013, vide order No. OD3107059835 the item was delivered by flipkart to me on 21.10.2013, after using near about 04 months I have noticed that the BATTERY along with USB CHARGER is in defective nature, hence on 17.02.2014, I have lodged a complain with Karbon mobiles copy to flipkart, before lodging complain I went to the service centre of Techno Care 150B Jodhpur Garden Road kol-45, opposite south city mall, but they did not attend my complain, and since then from pillar to post I am running for changer of my battery but every time they are telling we have forwarded your complain to actual place but till date no solution hence after waiting sufficient time I am forced to lodge complain through you kindly help me in this regard, awaiting for your help please.
