Dear Sir,
I purchased a mobile phone from spice Communication,Sec.14,Gurgaon on dated 08 Aug,2009. That mobile stop working after 10 days. Then I went to Autorized Sony ericsson Service centre ,old delhi road for repairing. Then they checked the mobile & told me that this mobile is sold before two years to another customer & about many months before this mobile come for repairing by that customer.So according to us ,this mobile is not in warrenty period & we are unable to repair it & Pls. contcat Spice communication. Then I contact to Spice communication, Then they refused to replace this mobile & misbehave with me. Pls. help me regarding this.
