From Mobile Store :THE MOBILE STORE -Nagpur shandra Complex ,Chapru Nagar Branch” Nagpur

• Since first day , mobile is hardly giving backup of 10-20 Hours …If we use FM & Real player ,then it hardly give backup of 10-12 Hours ….

• We have sent a request mail to “THE MOBILE STORE -Nagpur shandra Complex , Chapru Nagar Branch” to look into the issue. Since hand set was purchased from them.

• They asked us to consult the Nokia care center ” Dhantoli “…When we approach them them…They say that Battery is ok …Some hardware problem.

• They told us that Mobile required to sent for repairing to Delhi …it may take 10-15 days.

• Since hand set was purchased hardly 10-15 days back only … I asked them to replace the Hand set . Which they flatly refused and asked to contact Nokia care center only for any further redressal .

• In meanwhile , I have been shifted to Gurgaon, And take up the matter with “Shetal Nokia Care –Gurgaon ” .. Again they told me that battery s ok ..But soft ware need to format . So I asked them to the needful . But after reloding the software problem remain same.

• Today again 2nd time ..the update the Software and asked to see for things for one or two days. Infect this is 3rd time ..the nokia care people has update the software (But problem is still same ).

• I asked them to give the job sheet for 7th feb visit ( They confirm they gives jobsheet ..only when mobile is deposited with them …I asked them to give in writing …they flatly refused to give any thing in writing.)

• So again I approached them , they told me hand set need to repairing center …may take 10-15 days. So left the handset against the jobsheet No 48243403809221/12 Dated 21-Feb-2009.

• I would like to inform you that I have collected my Handset on Saturday 21-March-2009 from Nokia care -Gurgaon.( Jobsheet No : 115433527/090228/16 Dated : 28-feb-2009 )
• But problem persist.
• Then again I approached the Nokia care people job sheet no JOB Sheet Number 115433527/090330/94 dt 30-mar-2009( They promised to replace the hand set ..it need to sent to banglore ) …So I get got the swap hand set on 15-Apr-2009.

• But problem is same …My hand set get dischage in 20-22 Hours …If we use the application like FM , REAL PLAYER ,Mobile games etc.

• Then again I approached them for next course of action …so in month of Apr then ready for the replacement of batter.

• But Problem not resolved …So I address the mail to them .If things remain same inspite of changing handset / battery …So it means some issue with model of handset ( As one of my relative is also facing same problem with N70 M handset)

Solution suggested :

• Refund back of my Amount paid towards purchasing N70M.
• Or provide my other model hand set ( I am willing to pay additional cost ..if required )

But since then No response from company . Due to this I am facing lot of problem.

• Please note that N70M ( is Music edition Instrument ) has been purchased by me for its application features only .

• But now if I can not use its application ….So either company refund my money ….Or replace with other Model Handset (I am ready to pay additional difference money..if required )

Nokia & The mobile store- both may be penalise for Supplying the fauty handset and maten harresment to me . Due to battery backup broblem I am facing lot of probem .
