faulty pressure cooker from big bazar,gurgaon

Dear Sir,
I had purchase a 2 litre pressure cooker (prestige make) from big bazar, gurgaon on 28Jun2009, having 5 years warranty. Just during the first us it was found that pressure cooker is leak. We went to customer care of Big bazar on 2jul09, after huge discussion also they did nof replaced the defective cooker, then we agreed to repair it from big bazar by visiting staff of prestige. Now after 1 week we received cooker and still it is having leakage. After lots of discussion with bb costumer care, they are not ready to replace the faulty cooker with new ok cooker.

Request you to pls suggest what can i do in such condition.
