Respected Sir,
I had got an offer from Mahindra Holiday’s a Sony Bravia 32″LCD,T.V. which was installed on 17th Nov’ 2011. The very next day it was going into standby mode, for which I called the Sony Service from Santacruz. He saw the T.V. and agreed it was faulty and said that it could be replaced. However after repeated calls I do not get a proper reply, and only automated reply from email saying that some person from the company will contact me, but so far no one has contacted me. Now the T.V. is like a showpiece on my wall. me and my children are very disappointed , we will never buy a Sony product henceforth. But at the moment kindly help me.
