Hi I received a faulty ubislate 7ci, so on contacting customer care they asked me to courier the tablet.Commercial invoice number is dwubs7/Sep/6476. The total cost(tablet price and courier charges for sending the tablet to Amritsar)=Rs. 4,689 I sent the tablet to the following address. “Dhan dhan baba deep singh complex datawind innovations pvt ltd 563 east mohan nagar amritsar-143001 ph no. 0183-258133 ” my email ID muhammadatif.Aks@gmail.Com. I sent it on 23/11/2012 I call their customer care daily twice and sometimes thrice but no one receives the call on other side. I have not received it yet. Please help me.

I am unable to check my emails and social networks. I am a student, so finding it hard to be in touch with the latest technology. Unable to complete my projects. Spending huge amount for Internet Parlor Waste of money and also waste of time. Tablet was not working properly. Touch screen was very insensitive and was responding abruptly. Mini USB port was not responding Battery backup lasts only 90 minutes. Sound volume was almost zero.
