I am lodging a complaint hereby against the FEdex in lieu of mismanagement of the consignment. The consignment was sent from Puri Odisha on 02nd of Dec and they charged a hefty 800 bucks promising an early delivery. Consignment number 803107444410. To make the things more disgusting the shipment headed for New Delhi reached New Delhi on the 4th of Dec, but the most surprising thing was that without being delivered in New Delhi the consignment was sent to Hyderabad where it remained for sometime then it was sent t o Visakhapatnam and again it was sent to Bhubaneswar (can check the details from the Fedex track). After repeated calls and discussions with managers and staffs of Fedex it was completely a very poor response and handling and finally the stuff as of now is heard to have reached delhi on 10 evening and yet to be delivered..the track shows its on way to delivery and hope it happens soon enough. Its seriously a poor management and poor accountability of every individual being involved in the entire course. This incident surely has been a very harassing case where the customer is in severe mental tension. My parents back home are tensed about the stuff getting missed and other misshapenness. It surely is a huge concerns and the company Fedex needs to have a high level enquiry into the same and punish the culprits , we on our part are also going to lodge an official complaint in this regard and we also shall make sure that the guilty are heavily penalised. We insist Akosha to seriously look into this issue and prevent other such customers from being sufferers. Fedex is doing a very poor job with zero customer satisfaction
