I took admission in Panchkukla Engineering College, Mauli(Barwala) in august but afterwards i withdrew my admission and asked for fee refund but they returned me a cheque of amount deducting around Rs.20000 despite that i didn’t attended a single day in college and since then i am just fightinf with them with no response yet.
I am very tensed and depressed because after few months the semester will complete and they might not return me a single paisa.
Help me with this.
