Car Booked on 23-April-14 with a all inclusive amount of 5,35,000 with a cheque of 5,000 as token. On 24-April-14 a booking amount of further 50,000 given but initial cheque not returned, sales rep promised it would be sent to us shortly. Took delivery of car on 02-may-14 further payment made of 1,85,000 and cheque of 3,50,000. Car delivered without registration or insurance, sales rep again promised it will follow shortly. Further payment of 3,50,000 made to Thrust Fiat subsequently but initial cheque of 3,50,000 not returned. Thrust Fiat now has 2 cheques even after receiving full payment for the car. After 8 weeks of delivery and full payment including cost of registration, insurance, logistics and other expenses of the car the car is still not registered, neither the insurance is provided to us. On asking the dealer to give us the money paid for insurance and registration. The dealer declined, further dealers Trade Certificate expired and dealer was not able to renew it causing penalties by RTO on us. Promised accessories mentioned in writing at the time of booking also not provided till date.

Not being able to use car for 8weeks causing huge bills on alternative transport. Penalties by RTO. Harassment, blackmail and unnecessary stress
