Hi , i booked a very important Consignment from First flight Courier J63581176 on 7th of Nov from Varanasi to Chennai. I called Customer care and got the info as the consignment is at Courier office at MM nagar in Chennai and it will get delivered on 11th Nov, i Confirmed my address with landmark and mobile number with alternate mobile too. But never got any calls or package, Me and my wife called everyday twice to the center for the status and got the response that it will surely get delivered today. hence i was waiting for my consignment. now when i called again today i got the information as my consignment has returned back to sender coz incomplete address…my question is that when i confirmed the address with 2 mobile numbers then how come the package returned, if still the was not updated why it was not informed to us when we call more that 5 times to the call center, please let us know who is responsible for my money and waiting time also my frustration…i am guessing your chennai center people don’t want to deliver the package at door step so its very easy to mention as address is incomplete. why they not called us to pick the consignment from the center itself. Please let me know whats the resolution i am really disappointed.
