First Flight Courier – Delay in shipment

I have ordered an item from Laceandme(Order ID: 100000363)which was processed on 20th December. I received a tracking ID D90500011027. Since 24th December it is showing in transit. Now almost 13 days have been passed I have not received the shipment not even any response to my emails/telephones/contact requests(form). I tried calling to the number but it kept on ringing.

I want my shipment within 3 days. I also want my money back for the shipment charge.
