First Flight Courier – Documents not delivered

Hi, A courier was dispatched on 14 Jul and it was never delivered till 22 July. On 20 July, 21 July and 22Jul I spoke to the customer care and asked an explanation why it was taking so long. On 23 July when I tracked the courier online, it showed that the courier is sent back to the hub as party is not available. When did they come to deliver and if they tried to deliver why did they not contact me. My mobile no was on the courier as well as with the customer care when I made the complaint. Also they never had an update in the online tracking showing that the parcel is out for delivery. Kindly find the screenshot attached.
