This is regarding First Flight Courier Service. What a Shame!! The courier packet (Kanpur to Ambala) that I received yesterday, had 1 sari and 1 kid”s handbag missing. The seal was broken at one side. We noticed all this only after opening our pack, and immediately called up Ambala”s centre… The packet had been with them for 3 days, and they didnt deliver until I gave them continuous calls….That was my Rakhi gift from my parents…What a cheat u guyz r… late delivery that too incomplete…my docket no.MJ2705736 dated 14.08.2013 which was delivered on 19.08.2013 at 8:40 pm

I want full compensation of the value of goods missing i.e. Rs 2000.
