How Could First Flight Courier Lose my Documents ?

i booked a consignment via the courier service on 6 OCT and was assured of its delivery by the next day i.e. 7 Oct.I have been trying to track the order and messaged on 55352 with my consignment number-D991B2726535. I received a message saying consignment not available.Also ,I tried customer care numbers but there’s no one to address the call.I also mailed to deicsd@firstflight.net ,which is an invalid mailbox according to the information sent to me by gmail.

Please help me track my parcel.I don’t know if it has been delivered on not. Help me know the whereabouts of my parcel.
