I got a message on 17 July 2014 at 12:47 PM, on my mobile no- 09891925xxx about non delivery of my shipment no- B991Q014411. I then talked to the given no of ur mahipalpur centre i.e. 011-32060699. several times and even emailed. Now today when I telephoned them, They are saying it has been sent back. When I ask on which address it has been sent back, They are not aware. It is claer proof of negligence in service.

Mental trauma as I do not know how important document/item I have missed due to the negligence of courier.

Rs. 1 Lac for the menatal trauma and loss due to non delivery if my item.
