I ordered the bsnl jao exam book from arihantbooks.com paid for it on 12th DEC 2014 through internet banking.They confirmed and dissipated my order on 19th DEC 2014 via firstflight and its been today that i didn’t got my book yet.Its somewhere around mahipalpur.I tried to contact with the arihantbooks and firstflight.I emailed them tried to call several times on their contact numbers but they are not receiving the call and sometimes put on a busy call.I didn’t got any reply of my sent emails too.My order no.is A139183 and the Order tracking id is D04200206179.Its more than 15 days and i didn’t got my book yet.I need a fair justice.My exam is on February and i’m very much disappointed with this.Please help.
