Dear sir/Madam, I have ordered a product(bed sheets) from a online shoping website “www.shopclues.com” , i have made a on line payment on 13th october and got confirmation along with following details:- Shop clues order # : 7585925 Courier service,First flight tracking #: O01485940 Mechant adress:-SARIKA CARPETS & MATTING HOUSE, MAIN BAZAR, GUR MANDI CHOWK Panipat, 132013 After the estimated time of arrival,i checked the status of order # in first flight website, it says product sent back to origin(Panipat). I called to first flight care 08033799999 and also to there destination (mysore) branch # 08213204344 and confirmed that product sent back to origin since therec is no service provision to my address. After confirming from first flight, i called to shop clues care # 01244414888 and registered a complaint , once after the complaint registration i received a mail asking to wait for 72 hrs , but unfortunately i dint received any response from them . i kept calling frequently once in 3 days for resolution but got the same answer “wait for 72 hrs” After my many requesting mails to ” support@shopclues.zendesk.com “(more than 15 mails) and calls (more than 20 calls) , i got a response mail saying the product is already delivered. i have given the tracking number as well as first flight contact details but dint helped. Iam very unhappy with the sevice of Shopclues, very very poor concern on customer grievance , i lost 450rs + more than 100rs for calling them). I request you to help me on this to get my money refunded, also demand shopclues for a systematic actions to avoid these type of issues. Thanks, Manjunath 9008272XXX manjunathp_s@yahoo.co.in
