I was awaiting an urgent courier from Hyderabad with consignment First Flight Courier no A991B127800 which was dispatched from Hyderabad on 9th Dec. It was attempted fro delivery on 11th Dec in Mumbai at my address but as I was not available during the afternoon hours , they left a MISSED YOU slip at my doorstep. The delivery was never re-attempt and I have been calling them from past 5 days. They never pick up the call on the above mentioned no which seems to be the only point of contact. On 15th Dec, finally they picked my call and asked me to contact their customer care center 022-28301xx. The customer care people told me that they have not yet received the courier from first flight Bhandup centre. The Bhandup centre people promised to deliver me the courier by 16th Dec EOD ,however I have not yet received the same. I am tryign to call them from today morning but no reply. I have no idea whom to contact further.

I want my courier to be delivered by today EOD and I want the courier person to call me before delivering so that if I am not available, a reliable person can collect the same on my behalf. Also I want the courier money to be refunded as its been delayed by almost 1 week
