First Flight Courier Consignment Number 7557735555 was sent by me on 3rd Sep.’14 using Overnight’s Priority (Overnight’s premium service). Even after more than a month the shipment has not been delivered. For last 15 days I have been following up with their customer care and local outlet people for return of the shipment and refund of Rs.1150/- charged by them for this service but there has been no response. I am still awaiting for the shipment back. NOTE: COMPLAIN IS RELATED TO OVERNIGHT’E PRIORITY. SINCE THIS NAME IS NOT FEATURING UNDER THE DROP DOWN OF BRAND , I HAVE CHOOSE SOME OTHER NAME TO SUBMIT MY GRIEVANCE.

Purpose behind using a premium service was to ensure urgent and sure delivery which was not done.Had it been returned by them well in time on request I could have delivered the same personally. In absence of right approach to service by overnight’s we have lost one very important customer.The consignment carries an important part of a Medical Device , hence it has affected essential services also for better patient management.
