Complain no. MMX1810132475, mobile phone given on 27th Sep 2013 but still not repaired by service center at jaipur

My Self Amit Agrawal, given my mobile for repairing at First Mobile Jaipur on 27th Sep. where they informed me that it will take only 5-7 days, but after following up regularly they refuse to gave the mobile on time and ask to contact Jagdish Garg who is regional head of service, to my surprise this person is not INTERESTED TO HEAR any thing and disconnect the phone without answering my question and did not pick my phone. Then I called customer care, one lady pick the call take my complain and told me it will take MAX 7 days…I keep patience and wait till 22nd and I called customer care for status update and Mr. Vipul has picked my call and to my surprise he told me that it will be completed after 15 days as per commitment which is made on 18th OCT. I asked him on 18th lady told me it will take only 7 DAYS. on 28 Oct 2013 i called customer care Mr. Balbir picked my call and told me phone is not ready it will take 20 days as updated on 18th, ask me to contact service center, service center told me if part is not with us how we can repair the same both customer care and service center make me football and not giving response due to this i had to purchase another phone unnecessarily. pls Help for the reference i have attahced the mail communication which is still not responded yet
