FirstFlight – Loss of Consignment

I Shahzad Fatmi, sent a consignment on 24th December 2012 by first flight courier from New Delhi to Patna, with the following details; Consignment number: BD1371657 Date: 24th December, 2012 Consignee address: Qaiser Khalid Firdoosi SDE (MSC), 2nd Floor Patliputra Telephone Exchange BSNL, Near Kurji More, Patna 800013 Mob: 9431000499 However, it is unfortunate that after 15 day, it has not been delivered to the consignee, even though the verbal assurance from courier agency was that the consignment will reach to its destination in 2 to 3 days. Accordignly, i filed a claim of INR 5000/ with the agent “Galaxy Worldwide courier” Shop Number 11, Kashmiri Market, Opp Shankar Market, Rajiv Chawk, 110001 on 31st December, 2012 for loss.

I want the firstflight to make good for the loss on account of their failure to render service promised to me. I have requested firstflight courier to pay me a sum of Rupee Five thousand only (INR 5000/), for the loss on account of delay/loss in delivery of consignment. Thanks & regards, Shahzad Fatmi
