Its is to inform you that a gym named as Fitness Point whose address is Near Shantinagar School Shantinagar, Burnpur, Asansol, Dist: Burdwan, W.B- 713325? is neither registered nor having any kind of license for running it publicly as a source of business purpose. Moreover the gym is located in a very compact and conjusted underground hence customers here either sometimes end of there workout schedule with vomiting or ill health effect with no certified trainer. Along with this the gym owner Mr. Shiv Kumar Roy have used it’s terrace for mobile tower implementation purpose and it’s generator, which is located just beside the gym cause more uncomfortable situation for the customers cause of its noise and vibration. I hope you will take as tough action as possible at your earliest for this hazardous located gymnasium.

Atleast to make few windows and to remove the generator from the gymnasium location.
