I had disconnected a reliance Fixedwireless phone 11 months ago and i was told by reliance web world that Security money will be refunded by DD in one month , but till now i had gone to reliance web world 7 – 8 times (35 kms away from my residence). Every time i go there i get the same reply “PLEASE COME AFTER 15 DAYS ” . No contact number is provided by RELIANCE WEB WORLD JAMNAGAR.

The total refundable money is around 1000 Rs and i have already spend more than this amount in visiting reliance web world 07 to 08 times as this place is 35 kms away from my residence. each time i am told to come next month , it is a great harrasment , i have made a comlaint to customer care of reliance 0n 27.06.09 but nobody reacted , several times i have contaced to customer care but nobody is responding. , i am in great tension. pl help me oot.
