Flipkart delivered wrong product to me twice in 72 hours, when I had paid Rs. 500 extra for the “correct” product to be delivered to me in 24 hours. When I asked third time for the correct product, the product was not delivered to me even in 36 hours, at which point I called Flipkart. The issue was escalated to Mr. Sayyed, who said that he can’t re-deliver the correct product and will refund me back my money. When I said that sicne Flipkart is not able to deliver me the correct product in 24 hours (it was more than 36 hours by this time), they should take responsibility for that and should refund me twice the money that I had paid (it is Flipkart policy to refund back twice the money in case the product is not delivered withing 24 hours – in my opinion, it should apply to re-deliveries also). At this point, Mr. Sayeyd rudely put down the phone on my face.
I want double the money I paid to Flipkart (I paid Rs. 2185 to Flipkart and want double the amount). Also, I want a formal apology from Flipkart regarding the issue.
