I have received 2 products from filpkart on 3rd august 11:30 am . Details are as under 1. Order ID: OD30730024052 -ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard 2. Order ID: OD30730054086 – Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU These product are found to be not working after i get them assembled. On same day i have registered a complaint for replacement with flip kart . Flipkart then told me that seller uniquekaart will communicate with me , later on same date i receive a call from unique kart that they will look into the matter and was telling me to go to distributor at Nehru Place . From where is this distributor at nehru place comes from i donot know as i am dealing with flipkart and not uniquekaart . and if i am getting service at my home why not after product is delivered and that to when it is defective and not working . What about 30 days return policy of flipkart and even your seller unique kaart gives a 10 days return policy, ARE THESE CLAIMS FALSE . THIS ORDER IS PREPAID IN ADVANCE . CAN YOU TELL ME IF CUSTOMER IS TRUSTING YOU BY GIVING FLIPKART MONEY IN ADVANCE EVEN BEFORE RECEIVING PRODUCT . YOU CAN CHECK MY ORDER HISTORY I HAVE ORDERED MORE THAT 24 K OF COMPUTER PRODUCTS FROM YOU FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID MONEY IN ADVANCE BEFORE RECEIVING THE PRODUCT . NOW IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU ARE REJECTING MY PLEA OF REPLACING MY PRODUCT EVEN I AM NOT ASKING THE REFUND IF I GO THROUGH YOUR REFUND POLICY OF 30 DAYS AND YOUR SELLER 10 DAYS (UNIQUEKAART) I HAVE EMAIL IN WHICH IT IS BEING STATED ” The replacement policy does not cover defective items. You are requested to reach out directly to the brand/manufacturer. ” WHAT DOES THIS MAIL MEANS HOW COME YOU REJECT MY REQUEST IF PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE , BEWARE YOU HAVE MENTIONED 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY WITH THESE PRODUCTS AS WELL AND EVEN YOUR SELLER GIVES A 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY . THEN WHY I RECEIVED SUCH VAGUE MAILS FROM YOUR END . THE REASON WHY I BUY THESE PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART IS BECAUSE OF TRUST AS ME AND MY FAMILY BUYS DIFFERENT ITEMS FROM FLIPKART . ALSO TAKE A NOTE THAT IF YOU CAN NOT REFUND DEFECTIVE COMPUTER PRODUCTS WHICH YOU ARE SELLING ONLINE THROUGH YOUR PORTAL KINDLY DO NOT SELL IT . i REGRET MY DECISION OF PURCHASING THESE PRODUCTS FROM YOU , IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR ME TO GET MY COMPUTER ASSEMBLED FROM NEHRU PLACE INSTEAD FROM FLAIPKART . AS I AM IN REAL STATE OF SHOCK AND MENTAL TRAUMA WHICH HAS BEEN CAUSED BY FLIPKART TO ME . KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RESOLVE THIS AT EARLIEST .
